Stainless steel Super Duplex 2507 is designed to handle highly corrosive conditions and situations were high strength is required. High molybdenum, chromium and nitrogen content in Super Duplex 2507 help the material withstand pitting and crevice corrosion. The material is also resistant to chloride stress corrosion cracking, to erosion corrosion, to corrosion fatigue, to general corrosion in acids. This alloy has good weldability and very high mechanical strength. SuperDuplex stainless like Duplex, is a mixed microstructure of austenite and ferrite (50/50) which has improved strength over ferritic and austenitic steel grades. The main difference is that Superduplex has a higher Molybdenum and Chromium content which gives the material greater corrosion resistance. SuperDuplex has the same benefits as its counterpart

Product Description
Introduction：Stainless steel Super Duplex 2507 is designed to handle highly corrosive conditions and situations were high strength is required. SuperDuplex has the same benefits as its counterpart – it has lower production costs when compared with similar ferritic and austenitic grades and due to the materials increased tensile and yield strength, in many cases this gives the purchaser the welcomed option of purchasing smaller thicknesses without the need to compromise on quality and performance.Benefits of UNS32750 SuperDuplex Stainless Steel* Improved corrosion resistance in comparison to Duplex* Greater tensile and yield strength* Good ductility and toughness* Good stress corrosion cracking resistance (SSC)* Opportunity for purchases to reduce their material costs without compromising on quality
Butt Weld Olet Introduction：
BW Olet supports are a widely used reinforcing pipe fitting for branch pipe connections in recent years, replacing traditional branch pipe connection methods such as reducing tees, reinforcing plates, and reinforced pipe sections. They offer significant advantages including safety and reliability, reduced costs, simple construction, improved media flow, standardized series, and convenient design selection. Their use is particularly widespread in high-pressure, high-temperature, large-diameter, and thick-walled pipelines, replacing traditional branch pipe connection methods. The BW Pipet support body is made of high-quality forgings, using the same materials as the pipe, including carbon steel, alloy steel, and stainless steel. Both the branch pipe and the main pipe are welded.
