Stainless steel grade F55 has excellent corrosion resistance to a wide range of areas, especially resistance to pitting andcrevice corrosion in seawater and other chloride containing environments, with critical pitting temperature that is more than 50°C(122°F). 1. Raw Material Selection and Inspection Select high - quality materials like carbon steel, stainless steel or alloy steel that
match the pipeline material. Conduct strict inspections to eliminate raw materials with defects such as segregation and porosity.

2. Cutting and Blanking Cut the selected raw materials into blanks of specified lengths using professional cutting equipment to ensure the blanks have sufficient machining allowance for subsequent processes.
3. Heating and Forging Heat the blanks to a suitable temperature to improve their ductility. Then put the heated blanks into a dedicated mold for forging. The forging process ensures the branch base has excellent mechanical properties and a compact internal structure. After forging, trim the flash on the blank if necessary.
4. Heat Treatment Perform heat treatment like annealing on the forged blank. Heat it to a specific temperature and cool it slowly to eliminate internal stresses generated during forging, enhance the material's stability and improve the service life of the product.
5. Shot Blasting Conduct shot blasting on the heat - treated workpiece to remove oxide scale and impurities on the

6. Precision Machining First, carry out drilling and shaping processes to form the main pipe connection part and the branch pipe base. 7. Marking Mark key information such as material grade, specification and production batch on the qualified workpiece using professional marking equipment for traceability.
8. Final Quality Inspection Inspect the workpiece comprehensively. Use thread gauges to check the thread accuracy, and detect key dimensions with coordinate measuring machines. Conduct mechanical property tests if required to ensure no defects exist.
9.Packaging and Shipping Package the qualified long branch base threaded ends with rust - proof packaging materials. Then arrange shipment after proper storage to avoid damage during transportation.
