Double Swivel Sockets are unique in that this fitting lets you adjust two pipes to a custom angle with a central running pipe. The central pipe runs through the central fitting point and the two end pipe fittings have swivel connections to let you adjust the angle of the pipe. Each connection point on the fitting comes with a screw.

A234 WPB Introduction
- Standard：ASTM A234 WPB, carbon/martensitic stainless steel butt-welding fittings for pressure systems. - Material Grades：Common grades: WPB, WPC, WPD, WPE, WPF, WP1, WP5, WP9, WP11, WP12, WP15, WP22, WP91, etc. (WPB most widely used).
- Chemical Composition：Mainly C, Mn, Si, P, S; alloy grades add Cr, Mo, V for enhanced performance.
- Mechanical Properties：Tensile strength ≥415MPa, yield strength ≥240MPa, elongation ≥22%, good toughness & weldability.
- Application：Used in oil, gas, petrochemical, power, water treatment industries; for 150-2500 class pressure fittings

Double Swivel Socket Processing
1. Raw Material Preparation: Select qualified PC/ABS plastic particles, copper sheets, springs, wires, etc., and inspect material performance and specifications.
2. Injection Molding: Inject plastic particles into molds via injection molding machine to form socket shell, base and rotating components.
3. Metal Part Processing: Punch, bend and polish copper sheets to make conductive terminals; process metal rotating shafts for smooth rotation.
4. Component Inspection: Check injection-molded parts for burrs,deformation; verify metal parts’ conductivity and dimensional accuracy.
5. Assembly: Assemble conductive terminals, springs, rotating shafts into shell; connect wires and install internal structural parts.
6. Welding & Soldering: Solder wire joints firmly to ensure stable electrical connection; inspect for false welding or cold welding.
7. Functional Testing: Test power-on, rotation flexibility, plug-in tightness, insulation performance and overload protection.
8. Surface Treatment: Clean finished products;print logos, parameters and safety warnings on the surface.
9. Final Inspection: Conduct full-dimensional measurement and overall performance recheck to eliminate unqualified products.
10. Packaging & Storage: Pack qualified sockets with gift boxes, manuals and accessories; store in dry and ventilated warehouse.
