CNC Three-hole Plate Produce Processing
1. Raw Material Preparation
Select qualified sheet metal (e.g., carbon steel, stainless steel) according to design requirements, and check its thickness, flatness and material properties.
2. Sheet Cutting
Use shearing machine or CNC cutting machine to cut the raw material into blanks of specified size.
3. Plate Leveling
Put the cut blank into the leveling machine to eliminate internal stress and ensure the flatness of the plate meets the process standard.
4. Three-hole Positioning & Drilling
Mark the hole positions on the plate according to the drawing, then use CNC drilling machine or bench drill to drill holes with specified diameter and depth; ensure the spacing and perpendicularity of the three holes meet the tolerance requirements.
5. Deburring & Edge Finishing
Remove burrs and sharp edges on the hole walls and plate edges by sanding, grinding or deburring machine to prevent stress concentration and scratch.
6. Surface Treatment
Conduct surface processing according to application needs, such as galvanizing, spraying, electroplating or passivation, to improve corrosion resistance and appearance quality.
7. Dimensional Inspection
Use measuring tools (vernier caliper, coordinate measuring machine, etc.) to inspect the overall size of the plate and the parameters of the three holes, and screen out unqualified products.
8. Packaging & Storage
Pack the qualified three-hole plate parts in classified manner, mark the model, specification and batch number, and store them in a dry and ventilated warehouse.
