Product Description
C10200 Introduction
C1020 is pure Copper with a Copper content of over 99.96%. It is also also called ”Oxygen-Free Copper” (OFC) because it does not contain Copper Oxide (Cu2O) or residual deoxidant.
It has excellent electrical and thermal conductivity and does not cause Hydrogen embrittlement even when heated to high
temperatures in a reducing atmosphere.

1. Raw Material Preparation
Select stainless steel pipe billets that meet industry standards, conduct dimensional inspection and material composition testing, and cut them into blanks of specified lengths according to the size of the swaged tee.
2. Blank Forming
Heat the cut blanks to the forging temperature, use a precision forging die to press the blank into a tee rough shape with three branch pipes, and then perform preliminary trimming to remove excess flash.
3. Swaging Port Processing
Fix the tee rough on the swaging machine fixture, align the port to be processed with the swaging mold, and extrude the port to form a standardized groove matching the pipe clamping requirements; repeat the operation for the other two ports.
4. Precision Machining
Use CNC machining equipment to process the inner wall, outer wall and port end face of the tee, ensure the dimensional tolerance, wall thickness uniformity and surface roughness meet the technical requirements.
5. Surface Treatment
Carry out pickling and passivation treatment on the machined tee to remove surface oxide scale and oil stains, and form a protective film to enhance corrosion resistance; optionally perform polishing treatment according to customer requirements.
6. Quality Inspection
Conduct comprehensive testing including dimensional measurement, pressure resistance test, leak tightness test and surface quality inspection; unqualified products are marked and reworked or scrapped.
7. Cleaning and Packaging
Clean the qualified tee with purified water to remove residual acid and alkali, dry it completely, and then package it with anti-rust paper and carton; attach product specifications, batch number and quality certificate labels.
