Alloy C276 Introduction:Alloy C276 (UNS N10276, W.Nr. 2.4819) is a high-performance nickel-based alloy with nickel as the base metal, supplemented with elements such as chromium, molybdenum, and tungsten. It possesses exceptional overall performance due to its unique composition ratio. It exhibits strong corrosion resistance in both oxidizing and reducing environments, capable of withstanding strong acids like hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, and acetic acid, as well as media containing high chloride ions such as seawater and salt solutions. It also effectively resists pitting, crevice corrosion, and stress corrosion cracking, maintaining stable performance even in medium to high-temperature environments. The alloy also has good mechanical strength and formability, allowing it to be shaped through various processes such as welding, forging, and cold working. The heat-affected zone of the weld is not prone to intergranular precipitation, so it maintains excellent corrosion resistance without the need for post-weld heat treatment. Due to its outstanding corrosion resistance and reliability, Alloy C276 is widely used in industries such as chemical, petrochemical, marine engineering, pharmaceuticals, aerospace, and environmental desulfurization,

Alloy C276 Butt Welding Cross Introduction:
The Alloy C276 Butt Welding Cross is a pipe fitting made of high-performance Alloy C276 (UNS N10276, Werkstoff Nr. 2.4819) nickel-chromium-molybdenum-tungsten superalloy. It features a cross-shaped structure and is available in both equal-diameter and reducing types. Its primary application is in piping systems where media are split or merged into four separate channels. This alloy, with its extremely low carbon content (maximum 0.01%), reduces carbide precipitation during welding, maintaining excellent corrosion resistance even in the heat-affected zone of the weld. It can withstand various corrosive media in both oxidizing and reducing environments, including thermally contaminated mineral acids, chloride solutions, formic acid, and acetic acid. It also exhibits excellent resistance to pitting corrosion, crevice corrosion, and stress corrosion cracking. The products are manufactured in accordance with international standards such as ASME B16.9 and ASTM B366. They are formed by hot pressing or forging and connected to pipelines by butt welding. After installation, they have reliable sealing performance and good weldability and mechanical strength (tensile strength ≥790MPa, elongation ≥40%). They are widely used in harsh working conditions such as petrochemical, chemical treatment, and geothermal development. They are key pipe fittings to ensure the stable operation of pipeline systems in extremely corrosive environments.
