316 stainless steel is a kind of Austenitic stainless steel. The addition of Mo composition results in a remarkable improvement on its corrosion resistance and high temperature strength. It can withstand high temperatures up to 1200-1300 degrees and can be used under harsh circumstances.

Adapt to complex structural designBased on precision casting’s mold shell cavity forming advantage, it can realize one-time casting of complex structures such as irregular curved surfaces, multi-hole channels, thin walls (minimum wall thickness ≥1.5mm) and undercuts that are difficult to process by pure CNC;CNC machining is targeted at the functional surfaces/assembly surfaces of cast blanks (e.g., fitting surfaces, threaded holes, positioning pins), avoiding the waste of machining resources on non-functional structural parts.
