2. Cutting and Stamping
Cut sheets to preset sizes via CNC equipment, stamp into standard chain link parts, and remove burrs timely.
3. Bending and Forming
Bend stamped parts into specified shapes with a hydraulic bending machine, control bending accuracy strictly.
4. Polishing and Deburring
Polish all parts to remove burrs and flaws, ensuring smooth surface without sharp edges.
5. Assembly and Riveting
Assemble chain links with special shafts and pins, perform firm riveting, and ensure flexible rotation of each link.
6. Passivation Treatment
Conduct passivation to enhance corrosion and salt spray resistance of 316 stainless steel.
7. Quality Inspection
Check dimensions, assembly clearance, flexibility and tensile performance to meet quality standards.
8. Packaging and Warehousing
Package finished products with anti-collision materials, label specifications clearly, and store in dry ventilated warehouse.
