Color coated glazed steel is a type of building material made by applying a decorative and protective paint coating to a steel substrate, often galvanized steel, that has been pre-treated with an aluminumzinc alloy coating. This process enhances the steel's aesthetic appeal, durability, and resistance to corrosion. * The core of color coated glazed steel is typically galvanized steel, which has been treated with a layer of zinc to prevent rust. Sometimes, an aluminum-zinc alloy coating is used instead of or in addition to zinc, which offers even better corrosion resistance. Carbon Steels are ironcarbon alloys that may contain appreciable concentrations of other alloying elements. Plain carbon steels are ironcarbon alloys in which the properties are primarily derived from the presence of carbon. Some incidental elements like manganese, silicon, sulphur and phosphorus are present in small amounts due to the method of making steels and, not to modify the mechanical properties. Adding a small amount of nonmetallic carbon to iron trades its great ductility for the greater strength. Due to its veryhigh strength, but still substantial toughness, and its ability to be greatly altered by heat treatment, steel is one of the most useful and common ferrous alloy in modern use.

Color-coated corrugated steel sheets used for building roofs are based on cold-rolled steel sheets or galvanized steel sheets. After pretreatments such as surface degreasing and chemical treatment, color coatings are rolled on and cured, and then rolled cold-bending processes are used to make steel sheets with wavy crosssections. They are specially used for covering and decorating building roofs, and have structural support, waterproofing, aesthetics, and protection. The base plates are mostly coldrolledsteel sheets or galvanized steel sheets. Galvanized steel sheets are more suitable for roof environments because of the enhanced antirust ability of the zincplated layer on the surface. The wavy crosssection design increases the rigidity and bending strength of the steel sheet, which can effectively disperse the roof load. At the same time, the overlap structure between the waves can enhance the waterproof performance. It is mainly used in industrial plants, warehouses, civil buildings, steel structure
roofs, etc. It serves not only as a roof structure layer, but also as a decoration layer.
