Product Description
90/10 copper nickel is a 90% copper, 10% nickel alloy that also contains small but important additions of iron and manganese to enhance overall strength corrosion resistance. This, combined with high ductility and toughness, makes it a popular grade for marine, architectural and industrial applications. Copper nickel alloys are alloys that have moderate strength and thermal stability in high temperature levels. The high oxidation resistance of these alloys is visible in moist air and steam. Copper nickel alloys have 2 to 30% nickel, high oxidation resistance and stress corrosion cracking resistance. Copper nickel alloys have good fabricability and high inherent resistance to biofouling. UNS C70600 copper nickel alloys are used in areas where stainless steel cannot be used due to chloride stress-corrosion cracking and in other parts requiring high levels of corrosion resistance. These alloys are also used as machined and forged valve and pump parts that are utilized for seawater services.
Socket Welding and Threaded Union is composed of a spigot, a socket, a socket slot, etc. It is characterized in that there is a socket slot on the spigot, and the spigot and the socket are located at both ends respectively; compared with the prior art, it has a reasonable design, simple operation, strong practicality, and improved operation quality and convenience. The Union can be widely used in pipes of different diameters, and can also be used in water meters and valves. Due to the use of the spigot structure, the Union reduces the cost, is extremely convenient to install, use, and maintain, and has a very high leak-proof ability.
