90/10 copper nickel is a 90% copper, 10% nickel alloy that also contains small but important additions of iron and manganese to enhance overall strength corrosion resistance. This, combined with high ductility and toughness, makes it a popular grade for marine, architectural and industrial applications. Copper nickel alloys are alloys that have moderate strength and thermal stability in high temperature levels. The high oxidation resistance of these alloys is visible in moist air and steam. Copper nickel alloys have 2 to 30% nickel, high oxidation resistance and stress corrosion cracking resistance. Copper nickel alloys have good fabricability and high inherent resistance to biofouling. UNS C70600 copper nickel alloys are used in areas where stainless steel cannot be used due to chloride stresscorrosion cracking and in other parts requiring high levels of corrosion resistance. These alloys are also used as machined and forged valve and pump parts that are utilized for seawater services.
Socket welding olet is a kind of pipe fitting in the pipeline system, which is mainly used to connect two pipes and branch one of the pipes. This kind of pipe fitting has good corrosion resistance and strength. During installation, socket welding is usually adopted, that is, a pipe is inserted into the socket of the branch pipe seat, and then welded to achieve a firm connection.Threaded olet is a pipe with a threaded structure, which is usually made of stainless steel. Its manufacturing process includes steps such as material selection, cutting, thread processing, cleaning, inspection and packaging. The advantages of threaded olet include high heat transfer efficiency, corrosion resistance, high pressure bearing capacity and long life. It is widely used in the manufacture of heat exchangers, condensers, reactors and other equipment.
