Product Description
Grade 904L stainless steel is a non-stabilized austenitic stainless steel with low carbon content. This high alloy stainless steel is added with copper to improve its resistance to strong reducing acids, such as sulphonic acid. The steel is also resistant to stress corrosion cracking and crevice corrosion. Grade 904L is non-magnetic, and offers excellent formability, toughness and weldability. Grade 904L contains high amounts of expensive ingredients, such as molybdenum and nickel. Today, most of the applications that employ grade 904L are replaced by low-cost duplex stainless steel 2205.
Double ended Full-threaded studs are a type of fastener with continuous threads machined along the entire length of the rod body. The two ends can be paired with nuts to achieve a tight connection. Structural features: The entire rod body is covered with threads, without a smooth section. Both ends can be equipped with nuts, providing a longer effective meshing length, suitable for thick-walled components or situations requiring adjustable installation depth. Standards: There are various standards, such as GB 897, GB 898, GB 899, etc. Different standards correspond to different thread specifications, total length, thread accuracy, etc. Full-threaded studs have high strength and fatigue resistance, and are suitable for different working environments. Application fields: Widely used in high-pressure, high-load scenarios in fields such as petrochemicals, power and energy, and mechanical equipment, such as pressure vessels and pipeline systems, structural fastening of heavy machinery, and high-temperature bolt connections in the energy field.
