Alloy C22 Introduction:Alloy C22 is composed of various elements in different combinations to achieve the desired properties. They have good resistance and oxidation resistance. Super alloy can be shaped into various forms and used under extremely high temperatures and mechanical stress. It is also suitable for situations requiring high surface stability. Cobalt-based alloys, nickel-based alloys and iron-based alloys are three common superalloys. All these alloys can be used above 540 degrees Celsius. ° C (1000 ° Use at temperatures below F). Hex Head Bushing Introduction:Threaded fittings are pipe connection components with threads, widely used in industrial and domestic fields. Their main function is to simplify the pipe connection process and reduce maintenance costs. There are more than ten types of threaded fittings, including threaded elbows, tees, unions, etc. Industrial-grade products are mostly made of metal materials (such as carbon steel and stainless steel), while domestic-grade ones are made of plastic materials such as PVC and PPR This fitting adopts a threaded sealing structure, consisting of a coupling nut, a conical cavity, and a sealing ring with a knife edge. The thread strength is enhanced through cold working hardening, and its tensile performance exceeds the standard of the base material. It is compatible with BSP internal and external thread connection methods, supporting specifications from 3/8" to 4", and can withstand a working pressure of PN10. The core design includes prefabricated production, safe construction without electricity or fire, and adaptability to operation in dense and narrow spaces. It can connect HRB335/400 grade reinforcing bars of different directions and diameters. The ring knife reinforcement of the sealing ring is designed with a 45°-90° inclined surface. During assembly, a counterfeit-proof indentation is formed by transferring the component to achieve quality traceability [1]. Some models have NPT standard external thread, using a 45-degree conical structure to achieve self-sealing, suitable for low-pressure systems with a pressure lower than 1000 psi.
