310S Stainless Steel Introduction：Stainless steels are known as high-alloy steels. They are classified into ferritic, austenitic, and martensitic steels based on their crystalline structure.Grade 310S stainless steel is superior than 304 or 309 stainless steel in most environments, because it has high nickel and chromium content. It has high corrosion resistance and strength in temperatures up to 1149°C (2100°F). The following datasheet gives more details about grade 310S stainless steel.

Weld Neck Flange Introduction：Weld Neck Flange is a type of pipe fitting, referring to a flange with a neck and a round pipe transition that is welded to the pipe. Weld neck flanges are not easily deformed, provide good sealing, and are widely used. They meet the corresponding rigidity and elasticity requirements and have a reasonable butt-weld thinning transition. The weld joint is far from the mating surface, protecting the mating surface from welding temperature deformation. They employ a relatively complex flared shape structure and are suitable for pipelines with large pressure or temperature fluctuations, or for high-temperature, high-pressure, and low-temperature pipelines. They are generally used for connecting pipelines and valves with a pressure (PN) greater than 2.5 MPa; they are also used in pipelines transporting expensive, flammable, and explosive media.
