1. Raw Material Preparation & Inspection - Select qualified stainless steel/carbon steel/aluminum alloy strips (matching product strength requirements); conduct surface inspection to remove materials with scratches, rust or uneven thickness.
- Verify material chemical composition and mechanical properties to comply with industry standards.
2. Blanking & Cutting
- Use CNC punching machine or precision shearing machine to cut raw material strips into preset-size blanks according to slide rail buckle drawings.
- Ensure blank dimensions are accurate to avoid follow-up processing errors.
3. Forming Processing
- Adopt stamping die to perform one-time forming on blanks (bending, clamping mouth shaping) via punch press; ensure buckle clamping structure is intact.
- Trim burrs and sharp edges of formed semi-finished products to prevent assembly scratches.
4. Precision Machining (if required)
- For threaded or positioning buckle types, use CNC lathe or tapping machine to process threads/positioning holes.
- Ensure machining precision meets slide rail matching tolerance requirements.
5. Surface Treatment
- Stainless steel type: Passivation treatment to enhance corrosion resistance; remove surface oil stains via ultrasonic cleaning.
- Carbon steel type: Electroplating (zinc plating/nickel plating) or spray coating to prevent rust.
- Aluminum alloy type: Anodizing to improve surface hardness and wear resistance.
6. Dimensional & Performance Inspection
- Dimensional test: Use calipers, gauges to check buckle overall size, clamping opening width to match slide rail specifications.
- Performance test: Verify clamping tightness, slide smoothness and anti-loosening effect after matching with slide rail.
- Surface quality inspection: Eliminate products with coating peeling, deformation or burrs.
7. Cleaning & Drying
- Clean qualified semi-finished products to remove surface oil, dust and residues from surface treatment.
- Dry thoroughly in drying oven to avoid moisture-induced corrosion.
8. Packaging & Storage
- Sort slide rail buckles by specification; pack with plastic bags or blister trays to prevent collision and wear.
- Attach product labels (model, material, batch number, inspection date); store in dry, ventilated warehouse pending delivery.
