Alloy C276 Introduction:Alloy C276 (UNS N10276, W.Nr. 2.4819) is a high-performance nickel-based alloy with nickel as the base metal, supplemented with elements such as chromium, molybdenum, and tungsten. It possesses exceptional overall performance due to its unique composition ratio. It exhibits strong corrosion resistance in both oxidizing and reducing environments, capable of withstanding strong acids like hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, and acetic acid, as well as media containing high chloride ions such as seawater and salt solutions. It also effectively resists pitting, crevice corrosion, and stress corrosion cracking, maintaining stable performance even in medium to high-temperature environments. The alloy also has good mechanical strength and formability, allowing it to be shaped through various processes such as welding, forging, and cold working. The heat-affected zone of the weld is not prone to intergranular precipitation, so it maintains excellent corrosion resistance without the need for post-weld heat treatment. Due to its outstanding corrosion resistance and reliability, Alloy C276 is widely used in industries such as chemical, petrochemical, marine engineering, pharmaceuticals, aerospace, and environmental desulfurization,

Alloy C276 Butt Welding Cap Introduction:
Alloy C276 BW Cap is a high-performance pipe fitting based on a nickel-chromium-molybdenum-tungsten system. It features a nickel base with a precise composition of 15%-17% molybdenum, 15%-16.5% chromium, and 3%-4.5% tungsten. The extremely low carbon (≤0.01%) and silicon (≤0.08%) content effectively prevents intergranular corrosion, while offering excellent broad-spectrum corrosion resistance and stable mechanical properties. This fitting is specifically designed for high-temperature, high-pressure, and highly corrosive environments, resisting both oxidizing and reducing media. It exhibits strong resistance to strong acids such as sulfuric acid and hydrochloric acid, chlorine-containing media such as wet chlorine gas and hypochlorites, as well as pitting corrosion, crevice corrosion, and stress corrosion cracking. Its room temperature tensile strength exceeds 730 MPa, with an elongation of not less than 40%. It maintains structural integrity even at high temperatures of 538°C or extremely low temperatures of -196°C. As a critical pipeline sealing component, it is widely used in chemical, oil and gas, flue gas desulfurization, pulp and paper, and marine engineering industries. It can be installed using conventional welding processes such as TIG and MIG. Product dimensions comply with international standards such as ASTM and ASME, and special specifications can be customized as needed, providing reliable end sealing and long-term operational assurance for pipeline systems in demanding conditions.发送反馈
