1. Raw Material Selection and Pre-treatment: Based on product specifications and usage scenarios, select metal sheets of appropriate material (carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum alloy, etc.) and thickness. Then, clean the surface to remove oil, rust, and impurities. Simultaneously, use a shearing machine or laser cutting machine to cut the sheet to the required size and shape for processing.

2. CNC Programming and Debugging: Based on the bending angle, bending radius, bending sequence, and other parameters in the product design drawings, use professional programming software to write the CNC bending machine's processing program. After importing the program into the equipment, conduct trial runs to adjust parameters, ensuring that the bending trajectory, pressure, and positioning accuracy perfectly match the design requirements.

3. Sheet Positioning and Clamping: Place the pre-treated metal sheet on the CNC bending machine's worktable and precisely fix it using the machine's positioning pins and clamps, ensuring that the sheet's reference edge is aligned with the bending machine's die to prevent misalignment during processing.

4. CNC Bending and FormingStart the CNC bending machine. The equipment will automatically control the downward movement, pressure application, and reset of the bending machine's slide according to a preset program, sequentially completing multiple bending processes on the sheet metal. During the bending process, the bending angle and dimensions can be controlled through a real-time monitoring system to ensure that each bend meets tolerance standards.

5. Post-processingAfter bending, the workpiece needs to be deburred, grinding away sharp edges and burrs. Then, surface treatments such as spraying, electroplating, and passivation are carried out according to product requirements to improve the workpiece's corrosion resistance and appearance.

6. Quality Inspection and AcceptanceUsing calipers, angle gauges, and coordinate measuring machines, a comprehensive inspection of the workpiece's dimensions, bending angles, surface flatness, and other indicators is conducted. After confirming that all parameters meet the design drawings, qualified products are classified and packaged.
