1. Preliminary Design and Process PlanningFirst, based on customer requirements or industry standards, the structural design of the cabinet is completed using CAD software, including details such as external dimensions, hole layout, bending angles, and reinforcing rib positions.Simultaneously, the process is broken down, planning the sequence of laser cutting, bending, stamping, and other operations, and generating G-code required for CNC machining.

2. Raw Material Selection and Pre-treatmentBased on the cabinet's usage scenario and performance requirements, suitable metal sheets such as cold-rolled steel, stainless steel, or aluminum alloy are selected.The sheets are leveled and smoothed to remove surface oil and rust, ensuring a flat and clean surface, laying the foundation for subsequent processing.

3. CNC Cutting/StampingThe pre-treated sheets are fed into a laser cutting machine or CNC punch press for precise cutting or stamping according to the pre-set CAD drawings, obtaining the various sheet metal components of the cabinet, such as the top panel, side panels, door panels, and bottom panel.The high-precision control of the CNC system ensures that the errors in hole positions and contours are kept within a minimal range, meeting the consistency requirements of mass production.

4. CNC Bending and FormingThe cut sheet metal parts are placed into a CNC bending machine, and bending operations are performed according to the bending angles and sequence planned in the process plan. This transforms the flat sheet metal into the three-dimensional structure required for the cabinet, such as the folding of side panels and the forming of door frames.Some complex structures also require the use of molds for precise bending to ensure the dimensional matching of each component.

5. Welding and GrindingThe bent components are then assembled and welded. Common welding methods include argon arc welding and spot welding to ensure the robustness of the cabinet structure.After welding, the weld seams and sheet metal surfaces are ground and polished to remove weld slag, burrs, and uneven areas, resulting in a smooth and flat surface, preparing for subsequent surface treatment.

6. Surface TreatmentBased on the cabinet's rust prevention, corrosion resistance, and appearance requirements, select the appropriate surface treatment process. Common methods include electrostatic powder coating, galvanizing, anodizing, and sandblasting.The treated cabinet surface not only provides excellent protection but also enhances its overall aesthetics, adapting to various operating environments.

7. Assembly and Accessory Installation

Assemble the surface-treated sheet metal components and install the cabinet's accessories, such as door locks, hinges, cooling fans, rails, cable trays, and grounding terminals.During assembly, strictly control the fit and gaps between components to ensure the cabinet's airtightness, stability, and functionality.

8. Inspection, Packaging, and ShippingConduct comprehensive inspection of the assembled cabinet, including visual inspection, dimensional accuracy verification, structural strength testing, and functional component debugging, to ensure the product meets design standards and customer requirements.After passing inspection, the cabinet is protectively packaged to prevent bumps and scratches during transportation before final shipment.
