1. Raw Material Preparation:Select qualified steel pipes/round bars,inspect chemical composition & mechanical properties.
2.Cutting: Cut raw materials into fixed-length blanks by sawing/cutting machine.
3.Heating:Heat blanks to 900-110o°C in heatingfurnace for plastic forming.
4. Forming: Hot pushing: Push heated blanks via pushing machine to form elbow shape with mold.Hot forging:Forgeblanks intoelbow roughshape by forging press.
5.Trimming: Remove flash,burrs and excess material from formed elbows.
6. Heat Treatment: Quench + temper to improve hardness,toughness and corosion resistance.
7. Machining: Process end faces,inner/outer diameters to meet dimensional accuracy.

9.Inspection: Check dimensions,appearance,non-destructive testing (UT,RT) and pressure test.
