Key Production Processing Stages:
* Forging: Raw metal (stainless steel) is heated and forged, typically using die-forging, to create the raw shape of the lateral outlet, ensuring high strength.
* Machining (CNC): Forged blanks are machined to exact MSS SP-97 dimensions, including the branch outlet and base bevel.
* Threading: Internal threads (usually NPT) are precision-cut on the branch end for threaded pipe connections.
* Heat Treatment & Testing: Fittings are heat-treated (annealing or normalizing) to improve grain structure, followed by pressure testing to ensure durability.
* Finishing & Protection: Products are cleaned, threaded ends protected with plastic caps, and marked according to specifications(size, material, heat number).
