Key Steps in the Production Process
* Material Loading: Aluminum profile bars (often 6 meters long) are loaded into the feeder.
* Automatic Feeding & Positioning: The CNC machine automatically feeds the material, with servo systems ensuring precise positioning.
* Clamping: Hydraulic or pneumatic clamps firmly secure the profile, sometimes using bidirectional clamping to ensure stability and safety.
* 90-Degree Cutting: A high-speed, imported carbide saw blade performs the cut at a strict 90-degree angle, often achieving zero-tailing to minimize waste.
* Precision Processing: The saw utilizes a gas-liquid damping cylinder to make the feeding motion smooth and stable, resulting in a smooth cut surface.
* Unloading & Inspection: The finished, cut corner connectors are automatically ejected or moved, and the system counts the produced pieces
