1. Process planning and raw material acceptance: According to MSS SP-97 and GB/T19326 standards, clearly define the 45° inclined structure, socket dimensions and pressure grade; verify the quality certificates of carbon steel / stainless steel / alloy steel rods, conduct component and mechanical property re-inspections, and only proceed with production after passing the inspections.
2. Cutting and raw material preparation: Cut the rods according to specifications, remove burrs and defects, ensure consistent dimensions of the raw materials, and prepare them for forging.
3. Heating and die forging: The raw materials are uniformly heated in the furnace to the forging temperature, forged using a die forging press, forming the saddle-shaped base and 45° inclined pipe structure as one piece, cutting off the flash, ensuring the metal is dense and the shape is precise.
4. Heat treatment for strengthening: After forging, perform normalizing / annealing / quenching treatment to eliminate stress, refine grains, and enhance strength, toughness and fatigue resistance, meeting the requirements of high-pressure conditions.
5. Surface cleaning and rough processing: Remove oxide scale and impurities by shot blasting / sandblasting; mark and position, rough mill the saddle base surface, rough drill the inclined center hole, reserve machining allowance.
6. Fine processing and forming: Use CNC to process the depth, angle and tolerance of the socket holes, fine mill the saddle mating surface, ensuring the 45° angle, socket dimensions and surface finish meet the standards.
7. Inspection and flaw detection: Full size inspection; perform magnetic particle / ultrasonic flaw detection according to standards to detect cracks, inclusions and other defects; conduct pressure tests to verify the sealing and pressure reliability.
8. Marking and finished product storage: Mark the material, specification, pressure grade, furnace batch number; clean, rust-proof, package, and store the qualified products.
