Product Description
MONEL K-500 alloy has the same corrosion resistance as 400, but has higher mechanical strength and hardness. It has good heat corrosion resistance and long-term structural stability. It is mainly used to manufacture turbine blades and gas turbine blades with working temperatures below 750℃ on aircraft engines; used to manufacture fasteners and springs on ships; pumps and valve parts on chemical equipment; scraper blades on papermaking equipment, etc.
Ministry of Power standard GD0506-0507 Pressure vessel supporting flange, tube plate corresponding standards :NB/T 47020~47027-2012 implementation of the national standard (GB/T9112-2010), Ministry of Machinery standard (JB/T81-2015, JB/T74-2015), Ministry of Lithology standard (SH3406-2013), Marine standard GB/T10752-2005, Ministry of Chemical Industry standard (HG/T20592-2009) and so on. The exported forged steel flange material conforms to ASTM A105 standard of the United States.
