.Raw Material Cutting & InspectionHigh-quality Q235 carbon steel blanks are inspected for tensile strength before cutting. Defective blanks with cracks are eliminated to guarantee stable forging raw materials.
.Integral Hot ForgingBlanks are heated and pressed into an integrated coupler body with cylinder and hinge in one stamping. No welding joints, no internal pores, delivering stronger load capacity than cast fittings.
.CNC Machining & TappingPrecise drilling and tapping are processed for side set screw holes and hinge holes, ensuring perfect fit of Grade 8.8 high-strength bolts without slipping.
.Galvanizing & PassivationElectro-galvanizing plus passivation forms uniform anti-rust coating to resist moisture and alkali corrosion on construction sites.
.Mechanical Performance Batch TestRandom samples undergo anti-slip and breaking load tests to meet GB/T15831 and EN74 standards. Unqualified batches are fully reworked.
.Final Inspection & PackingWorkers check coating, threads and rotation flexibility. Qualified couplers are packed with moisture-proof bags together with test certificates before shipment.
