Carbon steel galvanized pin fittings adopt standardized and precise hardware production procedures, featuring stable processing, controllable accuracy and high consistency. The whole manufacturing process consists of five core steps as follows:

1. Material Selection and Cutting: High-quality solid carbon steel rods are selected with uniform hardness and excellent toughness to avoid deformation. Raw materials are precisely cut according to product specifications with strict tolerance control on length and outer diameter. Defective, deformed and oxidized materials are eliminated to ensure dimensional stability for subsequent precision processing.

2. Precision Turning Forming: Automatic precision lathes are applied for high-speed turning, chamfering, grooving and head shaping to complete integral forming. Roundness, verticality and surface smoothness are strictly controlled during processing. The finished pins are burr-free and sharp-edge-free, ensuring smooth plugging and pulling and perfect compatibility with automatic assembly equipment.

3. Polishing and Deburring: Semi-finished products are treated with vibration polishing and fine trimming to remove turning lines, edge burrs and surface impurities. The smooth and uniform surface effectively prevents jamming and scratching during assembly, greatly improving fitting compatibility.

4. Galvanizing Surface Treatment: Eco-friendly electro-galvanizing technology is adopted, including degreasing, pickling, activation, galvanizing, passivation and sealing. The uniform and high-adhesion zinc coating is not easy to peel off, providing excellent rust, corrosion and oxidation resistance for complex and humid working environments.

5. Full Inspection and Packaging: Finished products undergo strict dimensional inspection, appearance screening, salt spray sampling test and tolerance recheck to remove defective items. All qualified products are packaged with dustproof and moisture-proof protection, ensuring stable batch quality and meeting mass industrial assembly and foreign trade delivery standards.
