Stainless Steel 410 introduction
Grade 410 stainless steels are general-purpose martensitic stainless steels containing 11.5% chromium, which provide good corrosion resistance properties. However, the corrosion resistance of grade 410 steels can be further enhanced by a series of processes such as hardening, tempering and polishing. Quenching and tempering can harden grade 410 steels. They are generally used for applications involving mild corrosion, heat resistance and high strength.Martensitic stainless steels are fabricated using techniques that require final heat treatment. These grades are less resistant to corrosion when compared to that of austenitic grades. Their operating temperatures are often affected by their loss of strength at high temperatures, due to over-tempering and loss of ductility at sub-zero temperatures.

Round bar, also known as solid round steel bar, is a long, solid cylindrical metal raw material manufactured by hot rolling, cold drawing or forging. It is widely used for CNC machining, bolts, fasteners, flanges, pipe fittings, shafts and mechanical parts.Common Material Options

Round bar Product Processing
1.Raw material melting: High‑quality nickel‑based alloy raw materials are smelted to produce qualified alloy ingots.
2.Ingot casting:Pour molten alloy into mould to form solid alloy ingot. Hot forging / Hot rolling: Heat the ingot, forge or roll into preliminaryround bar blanks.
3.Solution annealing heat treatment: Eliminate internal stress, stabilize mechanical properties and corrosion resistance.
4.Pickling: Remove oxide scale on bar surface.
5.Cold‑finished processing: Improve dimensional tolerance and surfacequality.
6.Straightening: Correct bar bending to guarantee straightness. Surface grinding: Grind surface to achieve smooth finish.
7.Cutting to length: Cut bars into customer‑required lengths.
8.Inspection: Dimensional check, surface inspection and material performance testing.
9.Packaging: Anti‑rust packaging for safe transportation.
