Carbon Steel A105 introduction
ASTM A105 (UNS K03504) is carbon steel for piping forgings. It works within temperature from -29℃ to 425℃ with excellent forgeability and weldability. Commonly manufactured into Threadolet, Sockolet, hex bushing and other socket & threaded fittings.Normalized A105N is available. Widely used in steam, oil and natural gas pipeline projects, complying with ASME B16.11,MSS SP-97standards.
Threaded Rod Introduction
Threaded rod, also known as all‑thread bar, is a long fastener with full‑length continuous external threads. It is manufactured according to DIN 975 standard, widely used for piping supports, construction, mechanical assembly, anchoring and general fastening applications.Our threaded rod is made of Q235 / 45# carbon steel, available in 4.8, 8.8 strength grades. Surface treatment is hot‑dip galvanized or electro‑galvanized for anti‑corrosion performance. Right‑hand thread as standard, left‑hand thread can be customized upon request. Complete sizes from M6 to M36, length ranges from 100mm to 3000mm. OEM & ODM orders are acceptable.

Threaded Rod Product Processing
1.Raw Material Cutting:Carbon steel round bar(Q235 / 45#) is cut to required length according to production order.
2.Thread Rolling:Use thread‑rolling machine to roll full‑length external threads. This cold rolling process improves thread surface hardness and tensile strength.
3.End Facing & Deburring:Cut both ends flat and remove sharp burrs to avoid scratching nuts and threads during assembly.
4.Surface Treatment:Electro‑galvanized or hot‑dip galvanized for anti‑corrosion property. Customers can choose black oxide finish upon request.
5.Inspection:Check thread dimension, length, galvanized thickness, straightness and surface quality. Unqualified goods will be rejected.
6.Packing:Pack in cartons or wooden cases for sea transportation, mark specification, grade and batch number outside packages.
