Carbon Steel A105 introduction
ASTM A105 (UNS K03504) is carbon steel for piping forgings. It works within temperature from -29℃ to 425℃ with excellent forgeability and weldability. Commonly manufactured into Threadolet, Sockolet, hex bushing and other socket & threaded fittings.Normalized A105N is available. Widely used in steam, oil and natural gas pipeline projects, complying with ASME B16.11,MSS SP-97standards.

1.Blanking & Stamping:

Roll‑forming process bends the flat stamping part into circular hoop shape, ensures precise inner diameter and consistent spring tension.
3.Heat Treatment:
Quenching and tempering treatment to obtain good spring performance, improve elasticity and fatigue resistance, avoid permanent deformation after repeated opening‑closing.
4.Surface Treatment:
Optional color zinc plating, black electrophoresis or phosphating, enhance anti‑rust and anti‑corrosion performance.
5.Inspection & Sorting:
Check inner diameter, spring tension, surface appearance. Remove defective products.
6.Packing:
