Select qualified raw materials including carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy steel, duplex steel, low-temperature steel, line pipe steel and nickel-base alloy. Verify material certificates, chemical composition and mechanical properties to comply with ASME, ASTM and relevant industry standards.
2. Blanking & Marking:
Perform precise marking and cutting on seamless steel pipes, steel plates or steel billets according to product specifications (DN15-DN600, SCH standard wall thickness) to obtain standard pipe or plate blanks with accurate size and uniform thickness.
3. Cold / Hot Forming:
Adopt stamping, bending, extrusion, mould pressing and other cold or hot working processes. Complete integral forming for pipe-made and plate-made lap joint stub ends to form standard straight end and lap flanged structure.
4. Forging & Shaping:
Process the formed blanks through forging press to optimize overall structure, ensure compact texture and uniform wall thickness, and avoid forming defects such as wrinkles and deformation.
5. Welding Process (for large size):
Apply professional welding procedures for large-diameter stub ends to ensure firm weld joint, smooth weld surface and no welding defects.
6. Heat Treatment:
Conduct solution heat treatment for stainless steel and alloy steel materials, and stress relief treatment for formed and welded workpieces to eliminate internal stress, improve corrosion resistance and structural stability.
9. Non-Destructive Testing:
Carry out standard NDT inspection to detect cracks, inclusions, pores and other internal and surface defects, ensuring no quality hazards.
10. Finishing & Warehousing:
Remove surface burrs, clean oil stains and rust, mark product specifications, material grade and standard information, and classify and warehouse qualified products.
