Carbon Steel A105 introduction
Carbon Steel A105 introduction ASTM A105 (UNS K03504) is carbon steel for piping forgings. It works within temperature from -29℃ to 425℃ with excellent forgeability and weldability. Commonly manufactured into Threadolet, Sockolet, hex bushing and other socket & threaded fittings.Normalized A105N is available. Widely used in steam, oil and natural gas pipeline projects, complying with ASME B16.11,MSS SP-97standards.
Key Clamp Fitting Swivel Flange Introduction
Carbon steel swivel flange key clamp fitting is a modular pipe‑connecting component designed for round tube structures. Different from malleable iron versions, it adopts carbon steel as raw material, with hot‑dip galvanized surface treatment for corrosion protection. Built‑in pivot hinge allows flexible angle adjustment between the mounting flange and pipe socket. Welding‑free installation: insert round tube into the socket and lock with set screws to complete assembly.

1. Raw Material Preparation:
Select qualified carbon steel blanks. Check material chemical composition and mechanical properties to meet structural load requirements.
2. Forming Process:
The pipe socket and bottom flange are formed by hot forging or precision casting.Machining is performed for inner bore, mounting holes and hinge joint mating surfaces to guarantee dimensional tolerance.The hinge pivot hole is precisely machined to ensure flexible rotation without jamming.
