Alloy 20 is an austenitic stainless steel containing less than 50% iron and is used in applications involving sulfuric acid. Its
corrosion resistance also finds other applications in the chemical, petrochemical, power generation, and plastics industries.Alloy
20 exhibits superior resistance to pitting and chloride ion corrosion compared to 304 stainless steel and is comparable to316L
stainless steel. Its copper content protects it from sulfuric acid. Alloy 20 is typically selected to address the potentialstress

Spectacle Blind Flange is an integral forged pipeline isolation fitting combining a solid blind disc and a through opening disc,widely used for permanent or temporary pipeline isolation and flow switching. Shaped like a spectacle, the integrated structure connects the blind end and the open end as a whole, allowing quick on-site switching between pipeline circulation and full closure without pipe disassembly. It effectively realizes medium cut-off, system isolation, safety isolation for equipment maintenance and pipeline pressure testing. Strictly inspect chemical composition, mechanical properties and surface quality to exclude inclusions, cracks and other internal and surface defects. Qualified raw materials are precisely cut into fixed-length blanks for integral forging of spectacle blind flanges.
