1.Raw Material Inspection & Cutting: Adopt qualified seamless steel pipes and steel plate materials including carbon steel, stainless steel and alloy steel that conform to international pipeline fitting standards. Strictly inspect raw material wall thickness, surface quality, chemical composition and pressure-bearing performance to eliminate defective materials with cracks, pores and inclusions. According to reducer specifications and caliber requirements, perform precise fixed-length cutting and blanking to ensure consistent blank size and provide qualified raw blanks for subsequent forming.
2.Surface Pretreatment & Hot Forming:
Complete standardized pretreatment including derusting, decontamination and cleaning to remove surface oxide layers and impurities. Adopt professional hot pressing and necking forming technology, through uniform heating and hydraulic extrusion process, to realize gradual diameter reduction of pipe blanks. Accurately shape concentric symmetrical structure and eccentric offset structure respectively, ensuring smooth transition of pipe body, uniform wall thickness and no structural deformation.
3.Trimming, Calibration & Shaping:
Trim and flatten the two end faces of the formed reducer to ensure flat and vertical welding ports. Conduct overall shaping and dimensional calibration, precisely adjust concentricity, eccentricity, wall thickness and caliber tolerance. Eliminate forming burrs, uneven edges and surface depressions to guarantee standard geometric dimensions and perfect pipe fitting flatness for butt welding assembly.
4.Heat Treatment & Stress Relief:
Perform professional heat treatment such as normalizing and annealing for hot-formed reducers. Effectively eliminate internal residual stress generated during heating and extrusion forming, stabilize metal internal structure and mechanical performance. Improve overall toughness, pressure resistance and structural stability, preventing deformation and cracking under high-pressure and high-temperature pipeline working conditions.
5.Surface Treatment & Full-Range Quality Inspection:
Carry out customized surface treatments including sand blasting, pickling, anti-rust oil coating and painting to remove oxide scale and enhance anti-corrosion performance. Implement comprehensive quality inspection covering dimensional tolerance detection, wall thickness uniformity test, welding flatness inspection, non-destructive flaw detection, pressure resistance test and appearance screening, ensuring all products meet industrial pipeline engineering standards.
6.Marking, Packaging & Warehousing:
Mark qualified reducers with standard grade, specification, material, execution standard and production batch information. Adopt dust-proof, moisture-proof and collision-resistant professional packaging to protect welding ports and pipe body surfaces from damage. All finished products are classified and stored in standardized warehouses and delivered after strict final inspection.
