C276 Introduction Super alloys or high performance alloys are available in a variety of shapes and contain elements in different combinations to obtain a specific result. These alloys are of three types that include iron-based, cobalt-based and nickel-based alloys. The nickel-based and cobalt-based super alloys are available as cast or wrought based alloys according to composition and application.Super alloys have good oxidation and creep resistance and can be strengthened by precipitation hardening,solid-solution hardening and work hardening methods. They can also function under high mechanical stress and high temperatures and also in places that require high surface stability. HASTELLOY(r) C276 is a wrought corrosion-resistant alloy that resists the development of grain boundary precipitates that degrade corrosion resistance. Butt Welding Olet is a high-strength forged reinforced branch fitting widely used in industrial piping systems. It features an
integral reinforced structure composed of a saddle base and a straight butt-weld branch outlet, which effectively strengthens the pipeline branching position and eliminates stress concentration. Different from threaded and socket welding Olet, its branch end adopts butt welding connection, achieving integral welding with consistent wall thickness, higher structural stability and superior tightness. Manufactured from high-quality carbon steel, stainless steel and alloy steel that comply with ASTM A182 standards, the fitting is suitable for ultra-high pressure, high temperature and harsh corrosive working conditions. It is extensively applied in petroleum, natural gas, chemical, power, nuclear energy and aerospace industries for permanent and safe branch connection of pressure vessels and process pipelines.

1.Raw Material Inspection & Blanking:
2.Heating & Closed Die Forging:
The blanks are heated to the standard forging temperature with stable heating parameters.Integral closed-die forging is applied to form the saddle fitting surface, reinforced body and straight butt-weld branch structure. The finished forging features dense internal grain, uniform wall thickness and complete reinforcement performance suitable for high-pressure welding.
3.Trimming, Straightening & Heat Treatment:
Remove forging flashes and redundant materials, and straighten workpieces to eliminate forming deformation. Implement professional heat treatment including stress relief for carbon steel and solution treatment for stainless steel, which effectively removes forging residual stress and improves overall mechanical strength and corrosion resistance.
4.Precision Welding End Machining:
Precisely machine the saddle surface to perfectly match the outer circle of the main pipe.Turn and chamfer the branch butt-weld end to form standard welding bevel and qualified dimensional tolerance, complying with industrial butt welding installation standards.
5.Surface Finishing & NDT Inspection:
Clean internal and external burrs, oxide scales and dirt. Conduct full dimensional inspection, visual inspection and
nondestructive testing to ensure zero defects in structure and size, meeting high-pressure piping engineering requirements.
6.Marking, Anti-rust Treatment & Warehousing:
Mark qualified products with material grade, specifications, execution standard and heat number. Complete anti-rust protection and standardized packaging before warehousing and delivery.
Adopt high-quality alloy steel bars that meet ASTM A182 standard. Strictly inspect chemical composition, mechanical properties and surface condition to exclude cracks and impurities.Qualified raw materials are precisely cut into fixed-size blanks for forging processing.
