1. Raw Material Preparation and Inspection:Select standard steel plates including carbon steel and stainless steel for spectacle blind flange production. Conduct strict incoming quality inspection on chemical composition, mechanical performance and surface condition. After passing the test, the raw materials are precisely cut into flat blanks with reasonable machining allowance for formal production.
2. Blank Cutting and Outline Forming:Adopt professional cutting equipment to process the reserved blanks. Complete the integral forming of the spectacle blind structure, including solid blind plate, through-hole ring plate and middle connecting bridge. Correct the overall size and structural symmetry to ensure consistent assembly accuracy of the two plates.
3. Heat Treatment for Stress Relief:Perform annealing treatment on the formed workpieces to eliminate internal cutting and forming residual stress. This process stabilizes the metal internal structure, improves material toughness, and effectively avoids plate deformation, warping and cracking in subsequent machining and service.
4. Precision CNC Finishing:
Carry out high-precision CNC machining for key positions of the workpiece. Finish the sealing surface, outer diameter, inner hole and mounting bolt holes strictly according to standard dimensions. Ensure excellent flatness and parallelism of the sealing surface to meet pipeline sealing requirements.
5. Deburring Polishing and Surface Protection:Completely remove all burrs, sharp edges and metal scraps on the workpiece surface and holes. Fine polish the sealing surface to ensure smooth and flat fitting. Conduct anti-rust oiling, galvanizing or other surface treatments to improve corrosion resistance.
6. Full Inspection and Standard Packaging:Implement comprehensive quality inspection on finished products, including dimensional tolerance, surface flatness, structural symmetry and appearance quality. Qualified products are marked with material grade, specifications and batch information, then packaged neatly for storage and delivery.
