1.Raw Material Inspection & Blanking: Use qualified stainless steel wire rods complying with fastener standards. Inspect material hardness, surface and metallurgical condition to reject defective stock. Cut wires into fixed‑length blanks for subsequent cold forming.
2.Pretreatment & Cold Heading:
Remove oil and oxide layers and apply lubrication. Multi‑station cold heading integrally forms the countersunk head, straight slot and shank, ensuring compact structure and accurate slot dimension for screwdriver fit.
3.Deburring, Shaping & Thread Rolling:
Clear burrs and sharp edges. Calibrate countersunk‑head flatness. Roll precise machine threads with uniform profile to achieve good mating performance with nuts and tapped holes.
4.Heat Treatment & Stress Relief:
Perform quenching and tempering to obtain required hardness and toughness. Release internal stress from forming to avoid thread slipping and screw deformation under service load.
5.Surface Treatment & Inspection:
Apply zinc plating, black oxide or passivation as required for corrosion resistance. Check dimensions, slot quality, thread accuracy, hardness and appearance for compliance with industrial standards.
6.Sorting, Packaging & Warehousing:
Automatically sort and count qualified slotted countersunk head machine screws by complete specifications. Adopt dust-proof, moisture-proof and anti-extrusion standardized packaging to protect thread teeth and screw surface from damage and scratches. All finished products are labeled with specification, grade and batch information, classified and stored in standardized warehouses, and delivered after strict final inspection.
