1. Raw Material Inspection & Blanking: Adopt high-quality carbon steel raw materials that conform to international industrial standards. Strictly inspect material composition, surface condition and internal compactness to reject raw materials with cracks, rust and inclusions. Cut steel sheets to required dimensions through precise blanking according to the specification of key clamp fitting eye, preparing standard blanks for subsequent forming.
2. Stamping & Forming:
Carry out multi-step stamping operations on the steel blanks. Stamp the workpiece into the eye-shaped profile and form clamping grooves and mounting holes in one set of dies. Precisely control stamping pressure and die clearance to guarantee consistent eye shape, uniform wall thickness and accurate hole position, avoiding distortion and tearing during forming.
3. Deburring & Machining:
Remove sharp edges and stamping burrs on the formed parts. Perform fine machining on the clamping contact surface and mounting holes to ensure smooth fitting surfaces. Keep dimensional tolerance within the specified range for seamless assembly with round tubes and other key clamp components.
4. Surface Preparation & Zinc Plating:
Conduct degreasing, pickling and cleaning to fully remove oil stains and oxide scale on the workpiece surface. Implement zinc plating treatment to form a protective zinc coating. Control coating thickness to achieve excellent rust resistance and surface uniformity, preventing corrosion under normal working conditions.
5. Full Quality Inspection:
Perform comprehensive inspection on finished workpieces. Check dimensional accuracy, zinc coating quality, surface defect screening and assembly compatibility tests. Use gauges to verify matching performance with standard pipes. Only parts meeting all technical requirements can pass the inspection.
6. Sorting, Packaging & Warehousing:
ort qualified fittings by specifications. Use anti-rust paper and shockproof packaging materials to protect the zinc-plated surface from scratches during transportation and storage. Attach labels marked with product specification, batch number and inspection status. Finished goods are stored in classified warehouses and released after final review.
