Alloy C-276 introduction
Super alloys or high performance alloys are available in a variety of shapes and contain elements in different combinations to obtain a specific result. These alloys are of three types that include ironbased, cobaltbased and nickelbased alloys. The nickelbased and cobaltbased super alloys are available as cast or wrought based alloys according to composition and application.
Super alloys have good oxidation and creep resistance and can be strengthened by precipitation hardening, solidsolution hardening and work hardening methods. They can also function under high mechanical stress and high temperatures and also in places that require high surface stability
HASTELLOY(r) C276 is a wrought corrosion-resistant alloy that resists the development of grain boundary precipitates that degrade corrosion resistance.
Thd Tee Introduction
Threaded tee is a forged fitting for highpressure piping systems. It adopts a Tshaped structure with three connected ports. It is mainly used to split or combine medium flow, and it is a common component for pipeline branching layout.
Standard tapered pipe threads are machined on all three ends of the fitting. Connection is completed by threaded engagement. Compared with welded joints, threaded connection supports easy assembly and disassembly. No hot work is required for later maintenance, pipeline modification or component replacement, which reduces onsite safety risks and shortens construction time.
Manufactured strictly in accordance with ASME B16.11 standard for forged threaded fittings, this fitting supports multiple pressure classes and is mainly designed for small-bore highpressure piping. Made of nickel alloy, it has outstanding corrosion resistance against strong acid, sulfurcontaining fluids, chlorides and other corrosive media. It can maintain stable strength and toughness under continuous high temperature conditions, resisting embrittlement, deformation and seal failure.
With stable sealing performance, this fitting is suitable for harsh working conditions with high requirements on corrosion resistance and hightemperature mechanical properties. It is widely used in process piping and instrument impulse lines of fine chemical, oil & gas, refining, new energy and power industries.

1. Raw Material Inspection: Verify the nickel alloy raw material, inspect appearance and dimension, reject blanks with cracks and defects.
2. Cutting: Cut raw material into blanks that meet forging specifications.
3. Heating & Forging: Heat blanks to proper temperature and forge into tee rough parts by dies.
4. Heat Treatment: Relieve forging residual stress and improve mechanical performance.
5. Trimming & Shaping: Remove flash and excess material, calibrate shape and internal cavity.
6. Sandblasting: Remove oxide scale and get uniform surface finish.
7. Machining: CNC machine end faces, inner bores and tapered pipe threads to guarantee thread precision.
8. Nondestructive Testing: Carry out NDT to detect internal and surface flaws.
9. Final Dimensional Inspection: Check thread size, wall thickness, bore and other parameters against standards.
10. Marking: Stamp specifications, pressure class and identification marks on fittings.
11. Anti-rust Treatment & Packaging: Apply anti-rust coating, protect threads, pack and store finished goods.
