HASTELLOY(r) C276 is a wrought corrosion-resistant alloy that resists the development of grain boundary precipitates that degrade corrosion resistance.

Threaded coupling is a forged straight connector for highpressure piping. It adopts a cylindrical structure with standard tapered internal threads machined at both ends. It is used to connect two externally threaded pipes in a straight line for pipeline extension and inline jointing, and it is a basic and widely adopted fitting for small-bore threaded piping.

Sealing connection is realized by threaded engagement between internal threads of the coupling and external threads of pipes. Different from welded joints, threaded assembly requires no hot work. It is easy to install on site and can be disassembled directly for maintenance, replacement or modification. It eliminates safety hazards from hot work, lowers construction requirements and facilitates pipeline service and revamp.

Manufactured strictly in accordance with ASME B16.11 standard for forged threaded fittings, this fitting supports multiple pressure classes and is designed for smallbore highpressure piping systems. Made of nickel alloy, it delivers excellent corrosion resistance against strong acid, sulfurcontaining fluids, chlorides and other corrosive media. It can maintain stable strength and toughness under continuous high temperature conditions, resisting embrittlement, deformation, thread failure and medium leakage.

1. Raw Material Inspection: Verify the nickel alloy raw material, inspect appearance and dimension, reject blanks with cracks and defects.

2. Cutting: Cut raw material into blanks that meet forging specifications.

3. Heating & Forging: Heat blanks to proper temperature and forge into coupling rough parts by dies.

4. Heat Treatment: Relieve forging residual stress and improve mechanical performance.

5. Trimming & Shaping: Remove flash and excess material, calibrate shape and internal bore.

6. Sandblasting: Remove oxide scale and get uniform surface finish.

7. Machining: CNC machine end faces, inner bore and tapered internal threads on both ends, strictly control thread precision and coaxiality.

8. Nondestructive Testing: Carry out NDT to detect internal and surface flaws.

9. Final Dimensional Inspection: Check thread size, wall thickness, bore, coaxiality and other parameters against standards.

10. Marking: Stamp specifications, pressure class and identification marks on fittings.

11. Anti-rust Treatment & Packaging: Apply anti-rust coating, protect threads, pack and store finished goods.
