1.Raw Material Inspection: Verify nickel alloy billets, carry out visual check and non-destructive test to eliminate internal defects.

2.Cutting: Cut billets according to drawing specifications, reserve proper allowance for forging and machining.

3.Heating and Forging: Heat billets to forging temperature, hot forge with dies to form the basic profile and socket cavity.

4.Heat Treatment: Perform heat treatment in accordance with process specification to relieve forging residual stress and stabilize mechanical properties.

5.Shot Blasting: Clean the forging surface by shot blasting to remove scale and oxide contaminants.

6.Rough Machining: Rough machine saddle surface, outer profile and socket bore on CNC machines, leave finish machining allowance.

7.Finish Machining: Precisely machine saddle contour, socket depth and inner bore to meet tolerance requirements of relevant standards.

8.Marking: Stamp traceability information including size, pressure class, heat number and applicable standard on the fitting body.

9.Final Inspection: Recheck all dimensions and appearance, conduct PT, UT or other NDT as required.

10.Surface Protection: Clean grease and impurities on surface, apply protective treatment if necessary.

11.Packaging and Warehousing: Pack qualified products properly and register into warehouse for delivery.
