Product Description
B-2 alloy is a solid solution strengthened nickel-molybdenum alloy commonly used in extreme reduction conditions.      Compared to the previous alloy B (UNS N10001), alloy B-2 significantly reduces the content of carbon, silicon and iron.      Compared with B alloy, B-2 alloy is less prone to corrosion in the welding zone in the welding state.      Controlling other alloying elements, such as iron and chromium, solves potential problems with molding and forming.      The strict chemical control of B-2 alloy during the production process makes it used in the welded state and less susceptible to stress corrosion cracking under many conditions.     Threaded tee is a kind of industrial pipe fittings, its main function is to divide the medium through. Thread tee in the production process is divided into forging and casting two kinds, forging refers to the ingot or round rod heated forging forming, after the lathe processing thread, casting refers to the ingot melted into the model of the tee, to be cooled after. Because of the different manufacturing process, the size of the pressure is different, and the pressure resistance of forging is much higher than that of casting.
