Product Description
Designated as UNS N06035 or DIN 2.4643, Hastelloy G-35 is a nickel-chrimium-molybdenum alloy designed to resist “wet process” phosphoric acid, which is used in the production of fertilizers. Similar to Hastelloy G-30, G35 alloy also has excellent resistance to localized attack in the presence of chlorides, since this can be a problem beneath deposits in evaporators used to concentrate “wet process” phosphoric acid. Besides, it is much less susceptible to chloride-induced stress corrosion cracking than the stainless steels and nickel-chromium-iron alloys traditionally used in “wet process” phosphoric acid. Due to the high chromium content, Hastelloy G-35 is high to other oxidizing acids, such as nitric, and mixtures containing nitric acid. It possesses moderate resistance to reducing acids, as a result of its appreciable molybdenum content, and, unlike other Ni-Cr-Mo alloys, it is very resistant to “caustic de-alloying” in hot sodium hydroxide.
Slip on flange is a common flange type, which has the advantages of simple production, low cost, and easy installation. Its structural feature is that the flange and the pipeline are connected together by welding, and the welding position is generally at the end of the pipeline. Flat welding flange has a simple structure, good flow performance, and can be applied to various media and pressure requirements. It is widely used in pipeline connection and equipment manufacturing.The connection between the flat welding flange and the pipeline is to insert the pipe into the inner hole of the flange to the appropriate position first, and then lap weld. A flat welding butt welding flange is a flange with a neck and a round pipe transition and butt welded to the pipe. Butt welding flanges are not easy to deform, have good sealing, are widely used, have corresponding rigidity and elasticity requirements and reasonable butt welding thinning transition, the weld is far away from the joint surface, and the joint surface is free from welding temperature deformation.
