Product Description
Alloy X has excellent resistance to reducing and carburizing atmospheres, making it suitable for furnace components. Due to its high molybdenum content, Alloy X may be subject to catastrophic oxidation at 1204°C.The alloy has good high temperature strength coupled with oxidation resistance up to 1093°C.This Alloy is readily weldable using matching filler wires. After severe forming, fabrications may be annealed at 1177°C, 15 minutes per 1/8″ of thickness, rapid air cool.A solid solution strengthening grade, Alloy X has good strength and corrosion resistance in reducing carburising atmospheres.
Weld Neck Flange is a kind of pipe fitting, which refers to a flange with a neck and a round tube transition and is connected to the pipe by butt welding.
