Product Description
316 stainless steel is a high-performance stainless steel alloy, the main components of which include nickel, chromium and molybdenum, with excellent corrosion resistance and high temperature strength. 316 stainless steel is produced according to the US ASTM standard, which is equivalent to China's 0Cr17Ni12Mo2 stainless steel, and Japan calls it SUS3163.316 stainless steel is more expensive than 304 stainless steel, but its excellent performance makes it more valuable in high-end applications. Application: Equipment for use in seawater, production equipment for chemicals, dyes, papermaking, oxalic acid, fertilizers, etc.; photography, food industry, coastal facilities, ropes, CD rods, bolts, nuts.
Spring washers are widely used in load-bearing and non-load-bearing structures of general mechanical products. They are low-cost and easy to install, and are suitable for parts that are frequently assembled and disassembled. Spring washers are used to prevent loosening. For example, the bolts connecting the motor and the base are generally added with spring washers, because if there is no spring washer, the nut will loosen due to motor vibration.
