Product Description
Rubber refers to a highly elastic polymer material with reversible deformation. It is elastic at room temperature and can produce large deformation under very small external force. It can return to its original shape after the external force is removed. Rubber is a completely amorphous polymer with a low glass transition temperature (Tg) and a large molecular weight, greater than hundreds of thousands.Rubber is divided into two types: natural rubber and synthetic rubber. Natural rubber is processed from gum extracted from plants such as rubber trees and rubber grass; synthetic rubber is obtained by polymerization of various monomers. Rubber products are widely used in industry or various aspects of life.
Flange material：Alloy 316H (UNS S31609) is a high carbon modification of Alloy 316 developed for use in elevated temperature service. The alloyhas higher strength at elevated temperatures and is used for structural and pressure vessel applications at temperatures above932°F (500°C). The higher carbon content of 316H also delivers higher tensile and yield strength than 316/316L and its austeniticstructure provides excellent toughness down to cryogenic temperatures.The corrosion resistance of Alloy 316H is comparable to Alloy 316/316L and is superior to Alloy 304/304L in moderately corrosiveenvironments. It is often used in process streams containing chlorides or halides. The alloy resists atmospheric corrosion, aswell as, moderately oxidizing and reducing environments. It also resists corrosion in polluted marine conditions.Alloy 316H is non-magnetic in the annealed condition. It cannot be hardened by heat treatment, however the material will hardendue to cold working. It can be easily welded and processed by standard shop fabrication practices.
Single ball rubber joint is mainly used for pipeline to reduce vibration, reduce noise, good elasticity and easy to use. Single ball rubber joint is also called rubber soft joint, soft joint, shock absorber, pipeline shock absorber, shock absorber throat, etc. It is a pipeline joint with high elasticity, high air tightness, medium resistance and weather resistance. This product takes advantage of the elasticity, high air tightness, medium resistance, weather resistance and radiation resistance of rubber. It is made of high-strength and hot and cold stable polyester cord fabric, which is compounded with it and then vulcanized by high-pressure and high-temperature mold. Single ball rubber joint is composed of fabric-reinforced rubber parts and flat flexible joints. It is a pipeline joint with high elasticity, high air tightness, medium resistance and weather resistance.
