Monel 400 alloy (UNS N04400 or MCu-28-1.5-1.8 or Ni68Cu28Fe) is a nickel-based alloy material with good corrosion resistance in seawater, chemical solvents, ammonia, sulfur, chlorine, hydrogen chloride, various acidic media such as sulfuric acid, hydrofluoric acid, hydrochloric acid, phosphoric acid, organic acids, alkaline media, salt and molten salt. Monel 400 is mainly used in the fields of chemistry, petrochemical industry and marine development. It can be used to manufacture various heat

The main part of the hexagonal head threaded pipe plug includes a hexagonal head and a threaded part. The hexagonal head makes installation and removal easy with a wrench or other tools, while the threaded portion ensures the plug will stay tightly on the pipe. This design makes the pipe plug easy to operate and effective in sealing. It is a part used to prevent liquid leakage. It is usually fixed on the pipe through a threaded connection to prevent liquid or gas from leaking from the pipe. Therefore, it is often literally translated as "pipe blocking" in the fastener industry.
