Product Description
Monel 400 alloy (UNS N04400 or MCu-28-1.5-1.8 or Ni68Cu28Fe) is a nickel-based alloy material with good corrosion resistance in seawater, chemical solvents, ammonia, sulfur, chlorine, hydrogen chloride, various acidic media such as sulfuric acid, hydrofluoric acid, hydrochloric acid, phosphoric acid, organic acids, alkaline media, salt and molten salt. Monel 400 is mainly used in the fields of chemistry, petrochemical industry and marine development. It can be used to manufacture various heatexchange equipment, boiler feed water heaters, petroleum and chemical pipelines, containers, towers, tanks, valves, pumps, reactors, shafts, etc.
Threaded nipples are commonly used fittings in industrial pipe connections, mainly divided into single-ended threaded nipples and double-ended threaded nipples. A single-ended threaded nipple has an external thread on one end and a flat or beveled end on the other; while a double-ended threaded nipple has external threads on both ends. Threaded nipples are usually connected to pipes by welding or threading, featuring a simple structure, small size, and easy installation. They also have good sealing performance, effectively preventing fluid leakage. Threaded nipples are widely used in various high-pressure fluid pipelines and equipment, suitable for applications that require high pressure resistance.
