Product Description
Monel 400 alloy (UNS N04400 or MCu-28-1.5-1.8 or Ni68Cu28Fe) is a nickel-based alloy material with good corrosion resistance in seawater, chemical solvents, ammonia, sulfur, chlorine, hydrogen chloride, various acidic media such as sulfuric acid, hydrofluoric acid, hydrochloric acid, phosphoric acid, organic acids, alkaline media, salt and molten salt. Monel 400 is mainly used in the fields of chemistry, petrochemical industry and marine development. It can be used to manufacture various heat exchange equipment, boiler feed water heaters, petroleum and chemical pipelines, containers, towers, tanks, valves, pumps, reactors, shafts, etc.
Blind flange is a flange used in a piping system to completely close the end of a piping. It has no central holes and is mainly used to isolate, seal or temporarily close the piping system. Blind plate flanges are usually made of carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy steel and other materials. The appropriate materials are selected according to different working environments and media characteristics to ensure corrosion resistance and mechanical strength.
