Product Description

‌ Stainless steel 310S is an austenitic heat resistant alloy with excellent resistance to oxidation under mildly cyclicconditionsthrough 2000°F. Grade 310S is a lower carbon version, less prone to embrittlement and sensitisation in service. The highchromium and medium nickel content make these steels capable for applications in reducing sulphur atmospheres containing H2S.They are widely used in moderately carburising atmospheres, as encountered in petrochemical environments. For more severe
carburising atmospheres other heat resisting alloys should be selected. Grade 310 is not recommended for frequent liquid quenching as it suffers from thermal shock. The grade is often used in cryogenic applications, due to its toughness and low magnetic permeability.

Countersunk self-tapping screws are a special type of screws with a countersunk head, that is, the head is in the shape of a truncated cone. After assembly, the head can sink into the surface of the connected part, making the connection surface smooth and beautiful. The screw has threads, and the shape and size of the threads vary according to different specifications and uses. Generally, they are self-tapping threads with sharper teeth. There is no need to pre-tap during installation. It can be directly screwed into the connected part, and the corresponding threads are formed on the material through extrusion and cutting to achieve connection. It is often used in connection occasions that require a flat surface, such as furniture manufacturing, electronic equipment housing assembly, automotive interior parts installation, etc., which not only ensures the connection strength, but also achieves a beautiful effect.
