90/10 copper nickel is a 90% copper, 10% nickel alloy that also contains small but important additions of iron and manganese to enhance overall strength corrosion resistance. This, combined with high ductility and toughness, makes it a popular grade for marine, architectural and industrial applications. Copper nickel alloys are alloys that have moderate strength and thermal stability in high temperature levels. The high oxidation resistance of these alloys is visible in moist air and steam. Copper nickel alloys have 2 to 30% nickel, high oxidation resistance and stress corrosion cracking resistance. Copper nickel alloys have
good fabricability and high inherent resistance to biofouling. UNS C70600 copper nickel alloys are used in areas where stainless steel cannot be used due to chloride stress-corrosion cracking and in other parts requiring high levels of corrosion resistance. These alloys are also used as machined and forged valve and pump parts that are utilized for seawater services.

90/10 copper nickel Sheet & Plate is a nickel base wrought alloy posing excellent resistance to hydrochloric acids and all concentrations. It is ideal for the decreasing conditions like chlorides, sulfides, and alkalis. It has molybdenum content that is an essential alloying fragment. These can be utilized as part of the as-welded conditions. These sheets and plates do experience in appalling conditions due to fabrication and handling. 90/10 copper nickel Sheet & Plate has good machining allowance one can shape it as per their applications. Machinability, formability is also a good attribute offer by these sheets and plates. These have good weldability too.
