1.Raw material procurement and inspection: Select high-quality stainless steel 316 materials meeting technical specifications, conduct chemical composition analysis and mechanical property testing, and reject unqualified raw materials.

2.Material cutting and blanking: Use CNC cutting machines or sawing machines to cut inspected raw materials into blanks of appropriate sizes according to the dimensions of cylinder liners, pistons, piston pins and other components, with reasonable blank allowance control.

3.Cylinder liner machining: First perform rough turning on the cylinder liner blank to remove excess material and form a preliminary shape; then conduct finish turning to ensure the accuracy of inner diameter, outer diameter and wall thickness; next perform honing on the inner wall to achieve the required surface roughness and roundness; finally conduct deburring on the edges.

4.Piston machining: Carry out rough milling and finish milling on the piston blank to process the piston top, piston skirt and piston pin hole; then perform precision grinding on the piston skirt to ensure matching accuracy with the cylinder liner; finally process the piston ring groove through slotting or milling.

5.Piston ring production: Form the piston ring blank from steel strip using stamping or rolling processes; then conduct heat treatment (quenching and tempering) to improve hardness and elasticity; next grind the surface to control thickness tolerance; finally perform surface coating treatment (such as phosphating or nitriding) to enhance wear resistance.

6.Piston pin machining: Perform centerless grinding on the piston pin blank to ensure outer diameter accuracy and straightness; then drill oil holes (if required) and conduct chamfering; finally perform polishing to improve surface finish.

7.Component surface treatment: Conduct cleaning and degreasing on all machined components to remove surface oil stains and metal chips; then perform anti-corrosion treatment (such as passivation or electroplating) as required to enhance product corrosion resistance.

8.Component inspection: Use coordinate measuring machines (CMM), micrometers and other testing tools to inspect the dimensional accuracy of cylinder liners, pistons, piston rings, piston pins and other components; conduct surface quality inspection through visual inspection or flaw detection equipment; mark qualified components.

9.Kit assembly: Install qualified piston rings into piston ring grooves; insert piston pins into piston pin holes and fix them with circlips; then insert the assembled piston assembly into the cylinder liner to ensure the matching clearance meets technical requirements; install corresponding gaskets and seals simultaneously.

10.Final assembly inspection: Conduct a comprehensive inspection of the assembled Steel Cylinder Piston Kit, including checking the fit clearance between piston and cylinder liner, the flexibility of piston movement, and the integrity of accessories; conduct pressure testing on the cylinder liner to verify sealing performance.

11.Packaging and storage: Pack qualified finished kits with anti-rust oil and protective packaging materials; mark product model, batch number, production date and other information on the packaging; store in a dry and ventilated warehouse to avoid rust and damage.
